Sasha looks pretty all the time when she gets a picture. She also enjoys the weather.

My good friend Emily works at the Daily Grind. She is such a sweetheart.

Drawing Class

Ferris Jarrar is the first of what we hope will be several students for my Dad's new drawing class at the Daily Grind on Monday from 5:00 pm to 6:30. I am also participating.

Jenine Jarrar came by after the class started and decided to try the exercise with us.

Allison passes out the cake to a grateful crowd at the "SHAWN IS AWESOME" club, graduation event.
With so much delicious food, she had all of us ready to pass out.


Jenine did her part to see that everyone was well fed.

A quiet moment as Bill Sam and Harry enjoy the festivities. Bill and Sam were impressive as they managed to eat only the "healthy" food. Healthy being defined as anything within a 100 foot radius of their seat.

Paul and Joyce joined our Breakfast club gathering yesterday along with Saturday regular Edna.

The breakfast club at the Daily Grind had a distictly canine component yesterday.

Dad did a portrait demonstration all day yesterday. He worked on a portrait of our good friend Bill Bangham.

A few drops of rain that would have
played havoc with the chalk pastels, chased dad inside. He completed the piece from the air conditioned comfort of the Daily Grind.

My art project completed

My painting of Allison and Jenine with Sam in the background was completed recently. I am very happy with it.

Mrs Hodges

My friend and advisor Mrs Hodges was presented with an award for teaching excellence earlier this week. She is one of my favorite people in the whole world. She helped me so much this year.

Mom took this picture of me and Mrs Hodges. The other friendly face is my

buddy Cory. His mom nominated Mrs Hodges for the award. We both feel lucky to have her in our lives.
